Great service! They take really good care of you and make you feel welcome from start to finish. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. They performed a digital multipoint inspection and sent it over to me, then explained everything that they saw that needed attention. Emphasized on some items more than others due to the importance they contribute to my vehicle. Great work and great people!

Excellent service here. They were very friendly, communicative, and efficient in explaining what was wrong with my car. They provide detailed documentation of what was done, and suggest overall auto maintenance without pushing. Best of all, they couldn't have been more accommodating when I needed a ride back to my home. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services in the future.

Honest1 lives up to its name. I've taken both of my vehicles here, and they always do great work. Several of my colleagues have started coming here as well. Dallas is always helpful and provides excellent customer service!

NOT Honest: I paid for a diagnostic and returned the following day to proceed with repairs through my car warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process became inconsistent and confusing. At one point, I was advised that I would need to leave a four-figure deposit “in case I did not pick up my vehicle.” Later, I was told I only needed to pay the remaining balance of my deductible upfront. At the same time, the warranty company advised me the claim was still pending because labor hours had not yet been finalized. My concern was never the deductible itself. The issue was the lack of clear and consistent communication regarding: - what had actually been approved - what charges I was responsible for - what I was authorizing - and how the repair process would proceed When dealing with major vehicle repairs and third-party warranty companies, transparency is extremely important. I requested written terms and conditions regarding the requested four-figure deposit that I was told would be required “in case I did not pick up my vehicle,” but I did not receive clear documentation supporting that request. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Honest-1 Auto Care in Fort Mill, SC. The entire team was professional, friendly, and truly lived up to their name. They took the time to clearly explain everything going on with my car and broke it down in a way that was easy to understand—what repairs were critical to take care of right away versus what could safely wait. I never felt pressured, just informed and respected. On top of the great service, they even left a sweet little treat in my car, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.
